The solution is to make the search engines look at the data in a flat format with multiple page. If you insist on building the site all on one page you will need a link for the spiders to follow. On the the main page put a link called "Site Map" make this link to a directory on the main level called "site_map". The site map directory will contain an index file that is an HTML/text version of your site. Now you are also almost 508 compliant. It will have links to all the sections of your site "the team", "portfolio", "contact us", "about us".
